Boy Scouting Exhibit
Organized by the Baden Powell Society of Yucca Council.

Contributions from Alamogordo, Las Cruces, and El Paso, Texas. This exhibit will be on display for 1 year, and may be expanded in size if donations warrant.

Boy Scouting Exhibit

This exhibit consist of Scouting handbooks, awards, articles of unifoming, camping souvenirs, Wood Badge memorabilia, patches, and pictures of Scouting and its activities. If you would like to contribute articles for the scouting exhibit, (Local display), please contact Kevin Kern.

The Baden Powell Society consists of older experienced Scouters who strive to keep the history of Boy Scouting alive. Touring with personal collections of Scouting memorabilia, building public exhibits, and visiting with Troops and Packs they display the history of scouting to those who will be the next generation  of leaders. The Tularosa Basin Historical Society Museum, Admission is FREE!
OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK! Doors are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, and 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays. The Museum is located in Alamogordo, New Mexico, next door to the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce. (See Photo & Map)
