Tour of Historical Alamogordo Homes
Members of the Tularosa
Basin Historical Society picked ten homes in Alamogordo that represent
the architectural splendor of the late 1800s and early 1900s. So take your
time and enjoy the tour. Send us your comments, we'd like to know what
you think.
For a walking tour of these
homes, sponsored by IGA, pick up your brochure-map and information

The first deed for
this house is dated 1904. There have been a number of residents living
in this home, but it's the name of Wilber E. Pharris whose name has been
recorded as the name for the residence. The Pharris' lived here beginning
in 1943. It is a two story home built of concrete block and textured stucco.
