Tour of Historical Alamogordo Homes
Members of the Tularosa
Basin Historical Society picked ten homes in Alamogordo that represent
the architectural splendor of the late 1800s and early 1900s. So take your
time and enjoy the tour. Send us your comments, we'd like to know what

This home stands at 1215
Michigan Ave.

Dating back to the
beginning of the century, this home was built between 1900 and 1905. One
of its first owners was John M. Beauchamp, who bought it in 1919. It is
a two and one half story wood frame house. Its style is referred to as
Colonial Revival. It has an accompanying garage made of stone.

Tularosa Basin Historical Society Museum, Admission is FREE!
OPEN
7 DAYS A WEEK! Doors are open 10 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, and 12 p.m.
to 3 p.m. on Sundays. The Museum is located in Alamogordo, New Mexico,
next door to the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce. (See Photo
